Your role
You will join an international team of passionate people who build a state of the art AI product. You will be responsible for overseeing both client-facing projects and internal R&D initiatives. As the team grows, we want to ensure a qualitative follow-up of our projects, and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
Organisation of the internal R&D roadmap & resources involved.
Manage project timelines, resources and risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to keep projects on track.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns or feedback, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Oversee the planning and staffing of internal R&D projects, aligning resources with project goals and priorities to drive innovation and achieve strategic objectives.
Strive for continuous improvements and learning within the project team, implementing best practices, tools and processes to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Requirements
You have +5 years working experience
Proven experience in managing complex technical projects, preferably in the electronics sector
Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with agile delivery methodologies
Demonstrated leadership, with a track record of driving results in a high-performing team enviroment
A passion for driving innovation in AI
