Your role
You will join an international team of passionate people who build a state of the art edge AI product. You will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers, partners and internal teams, ensuring the succesfull integration and deployment of our solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
What you’ll be doing:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for specific customers and partners, providing pre-sales support, product demonstrations and technical consultations to help them understand the capabilities and benefits of AI-Blox solutions
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions and support the sales process from initial contact to post-sale implementation and support.
Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for customers and partners, empowering them to effectively integrate, configure and maintain AI-Blox solutions
Partner with product management and engineering teams to gather customer feedback, identify product enhancements, and advocate for customer needs and requirements.
Assist in functional testing of new developments, deployments and final quality control of customer orders
Support clients in their onboarding process to ensure a fluent start of their AI-Blox journey.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during the deployment and integration of AI-Blox solutions, ensuring a smooth and succesfull implementation proces
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise in AI and related fields
Requirements
You have +5 years working experience in a technical role, such as field application engineering, systems engineering or technical consulting in the electronics industry.
Strong understanding of embedded electronics technologies and standards
Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel to customer sites and participate in industry events and conferences as needed
