Your role
You
will join an international team of passionate people who design and build state of the art
computer infrastructure for edge AI applications. As the Talent Manager at AI-Blox, you will be a key
player in developing and nurturing a high-performance culture that aligns with
our innovative and fast-paced environment. Given our rapid expansion, your
experience in a fast-growing scale-up is crucial. You will be responsible for
implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, managing
the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top
talent. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, exceptional
interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
While there are many more things to be put in place, your initial focus will go to :
- Talent acquisition & recruitment
- Structure & lead the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in the tech and AI industry
- Performance management
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes
- Compensation & benefits
- Design, structure and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain talent.
- Employee engagement & culture
- Act as trusted advisor to employees and management
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, crucial in a fast-growing environment.
- Organize team-building activities and company events that support a high-energy, innovative culture
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with AI-Blox’s values
Requirements
- You have +5 years working experience in HR management, with significant experience in a fast-growing scale-up environment, preferable in the tech or AI industry.
- Strong knowledge of national and international employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with agility
